Elevate your gymnastics journey with elite training, championship coaching, and a team culture built on excellence.

COLLEGE PREP PROGRAM

Premier College Prep Gymnastics

Performance Elite Gymnastics (PEG) is a premier college prep competitive gymnastics program. We are dedicated to providing gymnasts with top-tier training and development, ensuring they have the best possible opportunity to excel at the collegiate level.

If your gymnast aspires to compete in college gymnastics and seeks exceptional training to achieve their goals, PEG is the perfect place to train!

The Role of Club Gymnastics

Why club training is essential for college recruitment

"Club gymnastics play an extremely important role in the gymnastics recruiting process. All college coaches find recruits through the top gymnasium training centers in the country, where gymnasts work with experienced trainers and have access to advanced equipment. While there is also high school gymnastics and AAU gymnastics, college coaches solely recruit through clubs."

USA Gymnastics

National Gymnastics Association Logo

Beginning with the 2026/2027 season, we are very proud and excited to be competing through USA Gymnastics (USAG).

Our competitive program at PEG is compiled of JO Levels 2 - 10 and Xcel Levels Bronze - Gold.

What is USAG All About?

USA Gymnastics is the national governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States and is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and progressive competitive experience for athletes at all levels. Through clearly defined rules, standardized deductions, and a nationally recognized developmental pathway, USA Gymnastics offers athletes a consistent and comprehensive training and competition system from beginner through collegiate-bound levels. At Performance Elite Gymnastics, we offer two competitive paths through USA Gymnastics: the Development Program (DP/JO) Levels 2–10, designed for athletes pursuing a highly structured, skill-driven progression, and the Xcel Program, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, which provides a more flexible competitive option while still emphasizing strong fundamentals, personal growth, and long-term athlete development. Both pathways share one common goal—creating a positive, motivating, and developmentally sound gymnastics experience for every athlete.
