Welcome
Performance Elite Gymnastics is excited to welcome athletes, coaches, and families to the 2026 PEG Foundation Classic! This annual compulsory competition celebrates the fundamentals of gymnastics and provides athletes with a positive, professional, and fun competitive experience.
We look forward to hosting teams from across Wisconsin and the surrounding states at our La Crosse facility.

Team registration is required for all qualifying teams unless specified otherwise by your club.

Awards
Levels 2 & Xcel Bronze
- Event Medals awarded to the top 50%
- All-Around: Medals for 100% of participants in each age group. Top 50% receive a placement award. Bottom 50% receive a participation medal.
Levels 3–5
- Event Medals awarded to the top 50%
- All-Around Awards to the top 50%
Team Awards
- Team Awards presented to the top 50%
- Team scores are made up of the top 3 event scores
Age groups will be determined after registration closes.
Results
Results will be uploaded to MeetScoresOnline.com following each competition session.

Spieth Equipment throughout the competition.
Coach & Judge Hospitality
A complimentary hospitality room will be available throughout the weekend featuring meals, snacks, beverages, and refreshments.
Athlete Gift
Every athlete will receive a 2026 PEG Foundation Classic commemorative gift.

Cash only for admissions and vendor purchases.

Cheer on your favorite gymnast or coach! Purchase a personalized Shout-Out during the meet and we'll read your message during competition.
