Parent Resources
At Performance Elite Gymnastics, we believe parent confidence is just as important as athlete confidence.
To best support our enrolled families, our full Parent Resource Library is now housed inside our PEG Family Hub — a member-exclusive portal designed to provide structured guidance, skill education, and ongoing communication throughout your gymnast's journey, and will be released to PEG Families starting Spring 2026.
Inside the PEG Family Hub, enrolled families have access to:
- Skill Progression Guides & Development Pathways
- Glossary of Gymnastics Terminology
- At-Home Strength & Flexibility Resources
- Showcase & Meet Preparation Guides
- Competitive Pathway Information
- Seasonal Training Expectations
- Ongoing Parent Education Materials
These resources are thoughtfully designed to strengthen communication, support athlete development, and ensure families feel informed every step of the way.
If you are a current PEG family, you can access these materials through the PEG Family Hub app, which will be available to families beginning Spring 2026.
If you're exploring membership at PEG and would like to learn more about how we partner with families, we'd be happy to connect with you directly.
